Father, son, accused of trying to sell stolen items | Crime

Investigators say crime was a family business for one father and son in Limestone County.

25 year old Tyler Hobbs, and his father Carl, 50, were arrested by deputies last Friday. Investigators say they broke into a storage building on Edgewood Road sometime between October 1st and November 9th. The victim told police the duo stole several household items, which he later saw at a yard sale on Highway 127.

According to Limestone County deputies, the men claimed the storage unit was open and they helped themselves to the contents. They were charged with burglary.
