Athens, AL (WAFF) - Tips from the community led Limestone County investigators to an alleged meth lab in the Anderson community.
According to Sheriff Mike Blakely, someone called his deputies to report that 37 year old Daniel Ray Moore was making meth in a home on Abby Lane. When deputies went to check it out Wednesday night, they found what they were looking for, but not in the home : a syringe filled with liquid meth, a bag of prescription pills, and a one pot meth lab were all located in Moore's car.
He's being held on $56,000 bond in the Limestone County Jail, charged with drug manufacturing and possession.
